        QON Circulation Tube Type Jet Mill

Pulverizing Principle:
Jet stream formed by compressed-air through feed injector suck the powder material ito grinding chamber and inject to chamber of lower of "O" cycle across the Venturi tube. he pulverizing nozzles installed round the grinding chamber inject high-speed stream to grinding chamber, the stream makes powder material pulverized by the action of impaction and friction betweem powder materials. Pulverized fine powder rise along with the stream through the rising tube into the primary classifying chamber. The centrifugal force makes large particles down return to grinding chamber, Been broken away from the rotational flow, fine powder comes into the collection system through center discharge tube.

Main Features:
QON Circulation Tube Type Jet Mill is applicable for dry and brittle materials to be ultrafine pulverized. It is easy to obtain micron or hypomicron grade particles.
Obtain high-purity products by the action of self-grinding between powders.
Twice internal classification can obtain fine powder and uniform particle size-disdribution
There are anti-friction liner to increase the time of running, it is applicable for harder material to be Pulverized.
It is also applicable for pulverizing of the powder material with thermal sens titivity and low melting point because the temperature decrease with the adiabatic expansion of the compressed-air.
No dust leakage and fly up because the product process are worked in the pipes sealed up.
Noise below 70 db, No vibration.
Can released continue and automatic operation.
The effect of mixture and dispersal is achieved in the pulverize process. The technical conditions and a part of construction are exchanged, also dry and coated-mill could be realized.
