          JCL320 Double-Shaft Micron Grinder

JCL is compact and reasonable in construction, consisting of a grading device, making the classification of powder into grade by a single step. It eliminates overground powder, saving the unnecessary energy requirement. It is connected to draught fan so that the heat generated can be instantly dissipated. Thus it is applicable to grind thermal sensitive heat-labile substances. It can be adapted to various operation conditions giving a narrow distribution of particle sizes, and can grind chemicals, foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, plastics, drugs, cosmetics, dyestuffs, pigments, resins, grains, etc.

Brinciple: The complete set is vertically installed, consisting of a grinding chamber and a classifying chamber its construction and working principle are shown in the figure. In operation, by the negative pressure produced by a bleeding of steam in the outlet, the feed in a quantitative rate, passes through screw conveyer and a hopper into the grinding grathngchamber. The powder produced here goes through a guiding ring to classifying chamber. As the classfying vane is revolving, the powder is objected to the influence of air dynamics and centifugal forces. The coarse particles of dia greater than the critical dia of classifying return to the grinding chamber. The particles of dia, Less than critical dia, go through the output pipe to output pipe to enter the collection.
