QLD Liquified Bed-Type Jet Mill

 

Principle:

The material is transported into the griding bin. The grinding air enters into the grinding bin through the opposed nozzles fluidized other product bed. The accelerated product particles meet in the point of intersection of the jets and size reduction is exclusively mde by particles collision the fluidized bed. The ground product is transported to the turbine ultra-fine classifier in an upwards air flow, the final product enters into a collector through the fine material discharge, the coarse materials returns back into the product bed.

Features:

QLD 630 Type Fluidized Bed Opposed Jet Mill contains pulverization, classification mixture and homogenization into an organic whole.

(1)High impact speed, the accelerated air stream
from nozzles in impacted on particles to produce very high speed, high grinding effeciency.

(2)Low energy consumption. Comparing same kinds of jet mills, it can save approx, 30%-40% more energy.

(3) Less wear, its main grinding performance is the mutual impact and bump, the high-speed particles rarely hurls the wall, additionally, the materials will not pass the nozzles, so it is applicable to pulverization of highly hard substance.

(4)The unit is equipped with a turbine-type ultra-fine grader inside, so it features high precision in grading, narrower in distribution of particle sizes.

(5)Automatic operation without permanent supervision by personnel.

(6)Very low noise emission.

(7) Compact in construction, minimun amount of the floor space.
